Okay here goes 1980's pop song.

for some reason I want to relate it to Malcolm Mcclaren or - but Im probably wrong.

Same song or maybe a different one.1980's. Video on MTV, white background male and female singer.Female long brown messy hair,stuff tied in it.Lots of layered clothes.
