Help with prom hair.!?

My prom is in a week and i need some advice for my hair. So my dress is off one shoulder and i was thinking i would like to have my hair halfway down. I was also thinking about having a lot of curls and one tiny braid (not french braid) but a piece of hair braided from the back and pinned on top of my head. Kind of a hair band look. So what do u think? Do u know of any cute styles that are half way down?

Well prom is pretty big!!! So here are some hair Ideas my friends and I just came up with;

If you want your hair straight:

-Brush a little bit of your bangs to the side, you can never go wrong with that! (Kayla)

-You can pull a little bit of it back and leave some down (Courtney)

-Just leave it! (Mandy)

-Put just a little curls in...

If you want your hair curly:

-Make it WAY curly, and then put it up, It will bounce up but don't stress, put a cute headband in and TA-DA!!! (Paulina)

-Leave it down curly (Mandy)

-(IF YOU HAVE BANGS) Part them in the middle and give it some texture! Straighten your bangs but leave the rest of your hair curly (Courtney) '

I think that that sounds really good. If you want curls and half down, i'd say a bunch of piecy curls done with a wide barrel iron. It has a sultry, natural, yet classic look that sounds like your dress.
