About 10 years ago I had a great hair styler. Can anyone tell me what it was called?

It looked like a large rubber needle, with a loop at the top and a hard stick below that. You made a ponytail, put the stick through it just above the band and then put the bottom of the ponytail in the loop. Then you pulled your ponytail through, creating a twist of hair and the rest of your ponytail down your neck. I want to buy another as mine broke but I don't know what they're called. I'm not sure they ever caught on. I bought mine from a market stall so I can't go back to the retailer. Help!

its called a topsy tail in the US. Here's a link where you can buy it. The hairdini was the one that helped you make buns and things like that. that was just a bendable foam stick thing.

I think it was called the hairdini. They now have other versions that do more styles.
