Tight light colored jeans (tapered not flare)...possibly rolled at the ankles to make them tighter.

Tight bright tank top with ratty old band tshirt over the top. With the neckline cut so it hangs off one shoulder revealing the tank top on one side.

Tall, teased, big hair. Bandana tied around forehead. Think Brett Michaels of Poison.

And lots of jewelry. Like a cross necklace or a bunch of those thin rubber bracelets.

miniskirt, T-shirt with the neckline cut out and half-hanging over the shoulder, tank-top underneath, gold or silver loose belt slung sideways over the hips (on the waist on one side and half-way down the hips on the other), tights or spandex, chucks or flat dress shoes, hair teased with some purple and/or pink dye in certain places, lots of big jewelry.
